Creating and Importing generic rigs from three different softwares onto one input character controller in Unity 5.5 can take as little as ten minutes. I used Makehuman.org // Adobe Fuse & Mixamo on an Adobe ID  // Blender 2.78 with Manuel Bastioni Laboratory add-on.
